    Edited journal and newsletter of Kozolchyk National Law Center; provided editorial services to departments and individuals at the University of Arizona and for English-language publication of many papers presented at Chinese Overseas Transportation Association conferences.

    Provide editorial services to improve English usage as well as accuracy, readability, consistency and fitness for purpose. Those who make use of these services are often scholars in the US or abroad whose first language is not English, but rather Chinese, Spanish, Croatian (or math) and who need good English in their academic papers and journal articles.

    Former US diplomat – Foreign Service postings included London, Frankfurt, Tel Aviv, Bonn, Brasília, the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro on the team supporting Pres. G.H.W. Bush, and as Consul General in Auckland, NZ. Washington, D.C., assignments at the State Department included work on educational exchanges, Vietnamese refugee admissions, and economic affairs. Served on the economic team for the first Summit of the Americas convened in Miami by Pres. Clinton.
